Rutger van der Hoeven (1980) joined Dutch P&I in August 2005. Prior to that he studied law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam for a few years and completed his first year at Bentley University in Boston MA, reading Business Administration. After completing a range of insurance and chartering courses he has now started the part-time masters program Maritime Economics and Logistics at the Erasmus University.  Within the broking team Rutger deals with our Lloyds placings and seagoing Owners P&I.
