We have become a kind of ‘claims branch’ for many of our clients and for every specific claim we have our in-house specialist/expertise.

In the event of a possible claim, one phone call is enough to get us involved. We collect first hand facts about the vessel, the problem and the parties involved. We also provide 24 hour immediate assistance on the spot, if necessary. Furthermore, we negotiate with third parties on your behalf, recommend actions to be taken, obtain evidence and conduct proceedings, as appropriate.
