Bart Dorreman (1952) gained experience in chartering, operations as well as most other commercial aspects of shipping and ship-owning during his many years with Van Ommeren Shipping where he worked in various capacities (including the Management) in their Rotterdam, Madrid and London offices. Bart joined Dutch P&I in January 2004 and is presently employed as Defence Adviser.

Tania Lemkina (1986) graduated in law from the University of Glasgow, after which she completed a Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen.  She continued her legal studies in Rotterdam where she completed a Masters in Business, Corporate and Maritime law specializing in Maritime law. She started her career by joining DUPI in March 2011.
